We only collect personal data, if you voluntarily supply it to us for the conclusion of an agreement, in connection with the opening of an account or as necessary for contact purposes. When you log into our service we collect, for example, your Facebook ID (i.e., the unique identification number assigned to your Facebook account by Facebook). Without your express permission such data will solely be used for execution of the agreement, performance of the services and processing of your inquiry. Upon complete execution and settlement of the agreement with you your data will be stored in accordance with tax and commercial law retention rules but will be deleted after the laps of the compulsory retention periods.

Facebook is a service of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. To use the Facebook part of our services you need to login with your Facebook account. In doing so data from your Facebook profile will be transferred into our relevant website and application and - to the extent required for the performance of our services - saved and processed. Vice versa data will be transferred to your Facebook profile. The use of Facebook is subject to the privacy policy and terms of use of Facebook.

Sharing of personal data

Your personal data will not be shared by us with third Parties unless you have granted your respective consent or if required by law.

Cookies

Our website uses so called "cookies" which serve the purpose to make our web presence more user friendly, more effective and more secure - for instance regarding the accelerated navigation on our website. In addition, cookies allow us to measure the number of page hits as well as general navigation. Cookies are small text files which are saved locally on your computer system. We wish to inform you that some of these cookies will be transferred from our server onto your computer system. Of course you may choose to not accept cookies if your browser allows for such choice. Please note that certain functions of our website and service will not work or there will be some limitations if your browser is set to not accept cookies.

Use of Google Analytics

Our service (i.e. our website and our mobile application) uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and device, respectively, and which allow an analysis of the use of the website and application, respectively, by you. The information generated by the Cookie about your use of this website is generally transferred to a server of Google in the USA and is stored on such server.

If the IP anonymization is activated in this service then within the member states of the European Union and in other contracting states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area your IP-address will be abbreviated by Google before such transfer. Only in exceptional cases the full IP-address will be transferred to a server of Google in the US and abbreviated there. On behalf of the provider of this service Google will use such information to evaluate your use of this service and to put together reports regarding the service activities and to provide further services vis-à-vis the provider of this website concerning the use of the website and of the internet.

The IP-address transferred by your browser in connection with Google Analytics will not be combined with other data of Google. You may prevent the storage of the Cookies by making the respective settings in your browser software; we wish to point out, however, that you may not be able to use all functions of this website in this case. Furthermore you may prevent the collection and processing of data (including your IP-address) generated by the Cookie and relating to your use of this website by Google by downloading and installing the browser-plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Please note that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizelp()" and that therefore IP-addresses will only be processed in abbreviated form in order to prevent them being linked to an individual.

Facebook-Plugins

We have integrated into our website plug-ins of the social network Facebook.com (hereinafter "Facebook"). A list and the look of such plug-ins may be found under: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins

Each time a website of our internet appearance is accessed the plug-in, if integrated, causes your browser to download the visual depiction of such plug-in from the Facebook-Server and presents it. Thereby it is reported to the Facebook-Servicer which particular website of our internet appearance you are currently visiting.

If you are a member of Facebook and logged into Facebook while you visit our website then Facebook recognizes on the basis of the information sent from the plug-in which particular website of our internet appearance you are currently visiting and assigns such information to your personal Facebook user account. Further, if you confirm the plug-in, e.g. by clicking on the "Like" button or by posting a comment, such information will be sent to and saved in your personal Facebook user account. The fact that you have visited our website will be sent to Facebook, irrespective of whether or not you have confirmed the plug-in.

To avoid the transmission and storage of data concerning yourself and your surfing behavior you must log out of Facebook before you visit our website. To block the collection and transmission of your visitor data through the Facebook-plug-ins you may download a browser-add-on from "Facebook Blocker" for certain internet browsers under http://comparitech.net/facebook-tracking; please do not delete the browser-add-on as long as you wish to block the Facebook-plug-ins.

The following website contains the privacy policy of Facebook with further information regarding the collection and use of data by Facebook and regarding your respective rights and the individual setting possibilities for the protection of your privacy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php
